Arcon's Daniel Couture will be a featured presenter at the National Academy of Forensic Engineer's winter meetings in New Orleans January 13th, 2017. Dan will present his paper on the "Forensic Engineering Analysis of Traffic Signal Timing and Speeds Prior to Collision by Rule-Based Triage of Indirect Video". Dan is a Board Certified member of NAFE and has been a Principal in Arcon's Mechanical Engineering and Collision Reconstruction practice groups since 2003.  He has also been qualified as an expert witness in Ontario.
