COVID-19 Update
March 16, 2020

In light of recent developments in the increasingly difficult battle by governmental and public health agencies to halt the spread of Covid-19, Arcon has implemented a series of measures governing inter-personal interactions.  We ask for the support and cooperation of our clients with these measures as we work through this very exceptional and challenging situation and will do our utmost to continue to serve our clients in a manner that is both effective and safe for everyone involved. These measures are effective immediately and will continue until further notice.

  • we will continue to accept and respond to new assignments;
  • new assignments which require site attendance will be assessed on an individual basis between the investigator, the insured and client to assess the risk. If all parties are in agreement that the examination can take place safely, the site examination will proceed.  If not, it will be postponed;
  • our office will remain open although employees have been asked to work from home where possible;
  • all in-office meetings and evidence examinations with outside parties will be postponed for at least 2 weeks;
  • any individual exhibiting any form of recognized symptoms will not be permitted into the office and any symptomatic personnel will be self-isolated at home;
  • Arcon employees will continue to practice the recommended public health hygiene protocols and maintain an increased vigilance for office cleanliness

We trust that by working together, we can reduce the impact on our community and get back to normalcy in the shortest possible time.
