Arcon congratulates North Waterloo Farmers Mutual & Oxford Mutual Insurance companies in gaining policyholder approval to pursue amalgamation.  We hope final approval from the Minister of Finance is quick in coming and Heartland can begin a new chapter in the history of farm mutuals in Ontario.
