Stephen Hawken, Vice-President of Arcon Forensic Engineers, is pleased to announce that Maksym Tykhomyrov has joined Arcon's team of forensic electrical engineers. Maksym has considerable experience as a power engineer with European utilities, with a specialization in electricity transmission and distribution.  He is now registered as an Engineer in Training with the Professional Engineers of Ontario. His credentials include Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as numerous specialized courses in renewable energy and energy efficiency in Germany and Sweden.
