Congratulations to Arcon's Jillian Leblanc who recently completed the "Advanced Crash Reconstruction Utilizing Human Factors Research” course at Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety, taught by internationally recognized  expert Dr. Jeffrey Muttart.  This advanced crash reconstruction course focuses on the driver and/or pedestrian involved in a vehicle collision as it is often a decision, action, inaction or other human behavior that is key to learning how and why a crash occurred.

Jillian is not only an avid student of the dynamics of collision reconstruction but also actively shares her knowledge through presentations to insurance and legal professionals and articles in industry periodicals.
